Cycle Class

Indoor cycling is a low-impact, cardiovascular workout. This class is designed to build your endurance and leg strength all while riding to the beat of sound. This cycle class is for all levels, from beginners to advanced participants. With Schwinn monitors on each bike, cyclists can monitor their current heart rate, watts, RPM, distance, speed, calories burned, and more. Riding the new Schwinn AC Performance Plus with blue carbon, you will have full control of your resistance, speed, and fun with this motivating class.

BeatBoss Cycle

The only club in South Dakota to bring you BeatBoss! With a nightclub/dance atmosphere, this high-energy cycle class is a new, extraordinary way to have a full-body workout while enjoying the integrated sound and lights of a dance club! You can ride the beat, rock out on the bike, and sweat. FIT's BeatBoss creates a party on the bike while spinning to the rhythm of the beat.

Cycle N Strength 

This indoor cycling is a low-impact, cardiovascular workout integrated with barbells and dumbells. Designed to build your endurance and leg strength all while riding to the beat of sound. Cycle N Strength is a fun mix of strength training and cycling designed for all fitness levels.

Fit Bootcamp

High energy, motivational, team-oriented, and fun! Fit Bootcamp offers a balance of cardio and strength training. It will boost your metabolism and caloric burn. Interval-like routines to the beat of motivational music.

Fit Power

Get lean, build strength, and tone muscle with this motivating strength class. Fit Power offers a combination of strength and endurance training designed to help you shred fat and sculpt. Using dumbbells, weighted bars, and resistance bands, you will achieve a full-body workout. Be ready to sweat and feel the burn!

Fit Pump

This fun, high-energy, weight training class focuses on low weights and high reps. As always, modifications are available to meet every fitness level. This class is perfect for toning and building lean muscle. And the upbeat, motivational music will have you lifting to the beat!

Burnin' Bands

Burnin' Bands is an all-resistance, TRX suspension training class designed to focus on full-body sculpting and toning. All levels welcome.

Yoga

MDRN Fitness offers a variety of yoga classes, like Fit or Power Yoga, all are designed for every fitness level. From easy, stretchy yoga flows that connect the mind and body to combo flows with weights and faster transitions - you can choose your yoga adventure. All levels welcome.

Sculpt N Tone and Sculpt N Core

These pilates-based classes are full-body workouts with weights, resistance bands, balls, and other equipment as needed. Utilizing the light weights to focus on sculpting and toning.
